The human body performs billions of functions at the same time. There are thousands of functions that run automatically and keep us alive, but we are not aware of them. In this somatic practice session, we will focus on three concepts that will help us feel these functions within us through physical exploration. Expel what we don't want, digest what is inside, and rinse to remove the excess. A way to reset ourselves in a context of information overload and constant movement, allowing us to propose new forms of self-regulation that stem from our carnality.
No prior registration is required. Those wishing to participate should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session at the Hotelier. Limited to 15 participants, aged 16 and over. Participants are asked to bring comfortable clothing and a towel, if possible.
The permeability of artistic practices is the pathos of Onio's practice. A dancer, choreographer, curator, DJ, and producer, he seeks the intersection of practices and formats in order to find new discourses and models of human interaction. Having completed his studies in choreography at SNDO - School for New Dance Development (Amsterdam) and with over 14 years of international experience as a creator and performer, he currently curates the space A Piscina.
