Full-spectrum percussion that oscillates between elastic polyrhythmic twists and pointillist drifts, without a grid, suspended in a constantly changing field of polyphonic resonators; apparitional drones dissolved by spasmodic digital gestures, advancing toward rapidly fading patterns. The experimental Porto-based project Amuleto Apotropaico extends a brutalist-liturgical continuum towards a technognostic exploration of hyper-reality. Following the release of the eponymous 2025 by PERF, António Feiteira shifts a practice centered on the instrument to fully electronic configurations: concrete music percussion with a mimetic character of speech, articulated by a system designed to emulate his own language of improvisation as a drummer.
